Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, there are NO refunds on loaded ammunition.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

All ammunition ships ground only per federal law. Typical delivery ranges from under five days to a maximum of 14 days depending on your location.
