Aitken Arms, LLC 45 Colt 200 Grains Cowboy Lead Cast Remanufactured range ammunition is meticulously loaded in our factory in Texas to ensure safety, quality, and consistency.  First, we source fully processed brass from an automated brass processing plant in Idaho, and our suppliers provide us with OEM brand name components.  The rounds are loaded on an automated linear machine that once the ammunition is produced, it has consistent primer seating depth, has been through a precise disk powder drop, and finished off with correct bullet seating and neck crimp to match S.A.A.M.I specifications.  But before our ammunition leaves the plant, the scrupulous process of making each round is finalized by being hand inspected, and block tested before it makes it into your gun chamber. Please note, that as with any remanufactured mixed headstamp ammunition, there may be occasional aesthetic blemishes, dings or dents. The functionality of the ammunition will not be affected.
